      Great Products, Fun Culture

      Pros

      I’ve really enjoyed my time working for Breg. Its nice to be a part of a company who’s products make a difference in people’s lives. Newer leadership has focused strongly on improving communication and culture, and those efforts are really paying off. It feels like we are on the road to even bigger things. Lot’s of smart, fun people here.

      Cons

      Old Guard versus New Guard silos still exist which can perpetuate us versus them mentality.
