Pros

After five years as a Software Test QA, I can say it's been fantastic. The work-from-home setup is a game changer for flexibility. The hours allow for a fulfilling life outside work, making work-life balance a reality. Team Dynamics and Support The team is highly collaborative and supportive. Management is consistently helpful and transparent, keeping you informed. Opportunities for Growth If you're eager to learn, opportunities are plentiful. You won't feel trapped in the same role. If these aspects resonate with you, I highly recommend this company.

Cons

While this isn’t a drawback, working remotely requires taking the initiative to stay connected. Our team helps by hosting casual Google Meet sessions and running a "Coffee Collision" initiative, where you can meet colleagues for coffee and collaboration.

Pros

I have been very impressed by level of communication—and communication style—across the company. There is certainly a lot to do, as there is at any startup, but Bridgit is relatively free from the frenetic throw-spaghetti-at-the-wall approach that's far too common at startups. No egos + empathetic executives make for a solid culture. Resources (budget, tools, etc.) are available as needed.

Cons

Collaborating across timezones can be tricky, but worth it in exchange for the benefits of remote work.
