Friendly colleagues and superiors, such caring people

I have worked across two different brands within commercial team, and have progressed significantly to my current position. I think this business has huge opportunities for growth particularly in the Lifestyle department, so if you want to start your Buying career, I would say this company is amazing to do so. It differs from a traditional buying environment, as you get the opportunity to work with nearly every other team in the business. If you are determined and show initiative, you will be rewarded and recognised for this. Really good teams across the business to work with. Entrepreneurial spirit within the business will be commended and is encouraged. The environment is great – we have just had our office re-decorated. Management is committed to mentoring staff, and constantly improving. I always say in BID the job is what you make it, if your committed to the role, work hard, and have a passion for your job, you will do well here. Canteen food is good, and its free on-site parking.
