Pros

I have never had any issues contacting the team and having concerns resolved, and the family/work balance has been wonderful. The professional development opportunities and college discounts are greatly appreciated.

Cons

Health insurance coverage could be improved, and the steps to become an RBT could be quicker. Additionally, we currently have no PTO, vacation, or sick time, though they do make you aware of this when you're hired.

Pros

Working as an RBT through CCRES has been a rewarding experience. I genuinely enjoy my role, especially compared to my previous position in an intensive, inpatient, residential autistic placement. The day-to-day work is less stressful and more manageable, which allows me to focus on providing meaningful support to the students I serve. The pay is comparable to other organizations in the field, which is appreciated. I also want to highlight how fantastic the staffing coordinator and HR team are—they are responsive, professional, and truly care. Additionally, I’ve had a very positive experience with the school district where I’m placed. The environment is collaborative, and I feel respected and included as a valued team member.

Cons

The biggest drawback is the limited visibility and support from upper management within the schools. While the coordinator and HR team do a great job, it can sometimes feel like once we’re placed, we’re a bit out of sight and out of mind. A stronger presence from management in our school settings would go a long way in making us feel seen, appreciated, and supported.

Thank you for sharing your 5 STAR and extremely thoughtful review and for your continued dedication as an RBT with CCRES. We’re so glad to hear that you find your role rewarding, enjoy the collaborative school environment, and feel supported by our staffing coordinator and HR team. We also appreciate your constructive feedback regarding management visibility in the schools. Your suggestions for more check-ins and on-site recognition are valuable, and we will continue to explore ways to strengthen our connection with staff in the field. We are grateful for the meaningful work you do each day to support students, and we’re proud to have you as part of the CCRES team. Please do not hesitate to reach out your CCRES HR contact to discuss how we can support you better or send a message to hr@ccres.org with specific suggestions regarding how we can connect more effectively with you and other staff members.

Pros

I've worked here for a few years and it is a blessing to be apart of a team. I have the heart to help kids with disabilities and their families and this job is a great place to get experience and paid training in that! During my time here, I have worked with children with so many different abilities and have seen time and time again how my efforts have helped children develop functional/behavioral/communication skills. The job provides free paid training. Most of the BCs/ BAs/ BCBAs go above and beyond and the rest are awesome. The upper management has helped me immediately when contacted and do what it takes to try to resolve the issue very quickly. They even offer tuition discounts if you pursue a Masters in ABA! I personally received pay increases pretty regularly. Like 50 cent increases every couple of months. I've had jobs in the past where I got 50 cent increase after 1 year so I think that's pretty solid!

Cons

Sometimes its hard to get all the hours you want as they are based on client/family needs. If the client is unavailable, you are not working unless a substitute position is planned with HR beforehand!
