Up to 2015, excellent and friendly working environment, good employer, pleasant culture, high quality of very professional, high-calibre employees, successful business that grew solidly from early 1990s into 2010s.

Cons

Parent company merger resulted in significant reduction in size of UK operation through multiple redundancies in 2014-2016. Office relocated to Chelmsford.
