      Pros

      Evolving capabilities and needs within the industry mean our work is always changing and never boring! Team work is a core part of the culture and the environment is supportive of progression. Even within the same role over time the changing demands of our clients ensure that you can't stand still for long. Flexibility in working arrangements is a big reason people stay here.

      Cons

      Fast pace, constant pressure, problem solving, demanding clients and the high expected standards for work mean agency life in medical communications isn't for everyone.

      - The employees are friendly, supportive, and approachable. Having come from academia, I was initially shocked by how supportive the team here is. - Opportunities are given to those who put their hands up for them and perform well - a real meritocracy - Despite multiple locations across the globe, the "team feeling" is strong and communication easy. The different offices also offer the opportunity to work abroad

      - There are not a huge amount of social activities run by the company; needless to say, anyone with the desire to arrange something is encouraged
