      Pros

      Super laid back environment. Majority of work force in their 20s straight out of college. Coworkers and management friendly and willing to help. Easy work load with minimal stress. "Work" 40hrs/week no more, no less. Frequent 1$/hr raises (~6months) with future bonuses attached.

      Cons

      Low starting hourly salary for college graduates.

      Pros

      Laid back, supervisors let you do your own job and does not bother you. A good place to work for after graduating college with no work experience. They're willing to give you time off if you have a good reason why you need it.

      Cons

      There is no opportunity for growth. Work can be monotonous and boring if you working on big projects that last for months. Pay is not great, and there's no incentive if you're willing to work harder.
