Intelligent and friendly colleagues. Nice office in central Cambridge. Diverse clients. Interesting conferences to attend. Exposure to a wide range of physics applications. Great training with supportive management.

Friendly colleagues and a lot of very smart people around the office. Nice relaxed atmosphere.

Cons

Not many. You do a lot of smaller tasks helping customers rather than digging very deeply into one big project, which some might not like but I enjoy the variety.
