      Pros

      I have been here for almost 4 years and continue to be shown progression opportunities throughout. I am now picking up additional HR responsibilities and branching outside of just recruitment. The quarterly objectives really help us to focus on areas that are important, as well as stretch targets to help us achieve more!

      Cons

      I believe the company could put more of a focus on culture and wellbeing, looking into things such as incentives (outside of commission), company events and general mental health and wellbeing of employees.
