Fast growth, room for development Extremely intelligent & talented co-workers Lots of activities outside of the office Co-workers genuinely like one another I look forward to coming to work every day Constant feedback on performance and room for improvement Dog-friendly, family-friendly environment (literally there is a cute dog running around & people frequently bring their kids or significant others to socialize) Allowed to interact with other depts and upper mgmt Business casual dress code

Few Benefits, limited health (no vision or dental) Limited PTO, about 1-2 weeks depending on position
