Pros

Callahan takes care of their people. They provide regular, transparent communication and promote innovation and best-in-class thinking. I was able to experience tremendous growth in my career and gain exposure to emerging tech and lead strategic efforts.

Cons

The agency is lean and mean, so they expect you to work hard which can mean long hours, stressed out people and juggling strategic and tactical. But I think this is all fairly normal for "agency life."

High energy, collaborative environment. Great, smart people. Amazing executive leadership. People work hard AND have fun.

Cons

I can't think of any cons. The drive to Lawrence was always an easy one for me.
