      Pros

      There is never a dull day at Campos. I've really enjoyed my time here and have enjoyed the opportunity to work on diverse and unique projects. I personally have never had an issue with work-life balance here. Upper management is approachable and this is one of the only places I've ever worked where I've felt like they care about me as a person. All of my coworkers are kind, work-life balance is great, no complaints on pay, and I love my day-to-day at my job. Really- what more can you ask for?

      Thank you for your feedback! The team is incredibly supportive, and the Campos Holdings workplace culture is welcoming and inclusive. Staff members go out of their way to make others feel comfortable, which creates a genuinely friendly and collaborative environment. Working with a variety of clients can be challenging, especially for those who prefer a more predictable routine. However, the company provides strong guidance and resources to help employees adapt and succeed in dynamic client-facing roles.

      Project Management can be a little spreadout. Teams all across the US and not much synergy between everyone.
