Believes that zero harm is possible and has a strong safety culture. Efforts towards constant improvement. Lots of opportunity to learn new skills and experience different work areas. Programs in place to develop and train employees. Wonderful people to work with. Willing to listen if you make the effort to communicate. One hour proximity to phoenix area. Great benefits.

Cons

Communication gaps due to 24/7 work environment and multiple day shift schedules. As with any other company, you'll find a sour apple that can't be pleased or keep to themselves.
