      Management listens, they are focused on people and on achieving success for their business and because of that for their employees. Have focused on engaging the employees

      Cons

      Open enrollment period is busy and requires manadatory overtime so sometime they can't be as flexible as I'd like to be

      Helps your communication skill, attitude and mentality. From my own experience, the have helped me to value my own thoughts and made people listen to me as I matter. I also built my confidence through the process.
