Colleagues are friendly and helpful, managers are supportive and willing to listen to diff opinions

Took lots of time to self learn on the system and procedure. Might be struggle at first cuz I’d try to avoid making mistakes. But this reflects to the company’s ETHOS, put learning first and once you reach out with questions, the surroundings are willing to help. Don’t really have any negative experiences for now.
