Supportive leadership team that values employee input and growth Positive and collaborative work environment—my coworkers feel like family Opportunities to advance within the company and take on new challenges Strong focus on customer service and doing things the right way. We believe in supporting the local community as well with volunteer opportunities offered every month. Benefits - competitive pay, employee events (picnic, quarterly celebrations and a chance to win a trip every year!), paid volunteer hours.

Cons

The automotive industry is fast paced, it can be challenging for those who prefer slower days.

Cons

Not enough for pay for the amount of work that we do. Single point of contact should be compensated more for the amount of work we do. If you don't sell any back-end products you are not making much on a sale.
