Pros
CTA is a very wholesome company that follows Christ-like standards to the best of their ability. I work in the shipping department and most of my knowledge is within the Operations realm, but the employees within other departments have not given me any reason to think negatively about them. The President is a very friendly, humble, and charismatic man with amazing Christ-like qualities.
The Leads within Operations are hard-working, affectionate, and have great work ethic. I have never seen any of them "dilly-dallying". They're always working hard at something in attempt to make things run better. Even with all the hard work, they never fail to include fun. Not a day passes where I don't laugh or crack a smile. I have never met such loving people. They genuinely care about every employee. The Operations Supervisor is one of the most amazing people I've ever met. She's very organized, detail-oriented, and does everything to the best of her ability all while keeping a smile on her face. She's humorous and cares about every employee.
CTA is constantly re-vamping the building, adding bigger rooms, and renovating sections for a more professional setting. The company has grown so much. I'm blessed to be apart of their team. CTA employees have the best hearts and I can't wait to work here for many years to come.
Cons
Lots of people think it's a very easy job and that they won't have to give much effort. That's far from the truth. It's a fast-paced environment and you must always give 100%. This job isn't for everyone.
