      Pros

      Leadership is trying to make improvements. Pay and benefits have steadily improved. Did a good job following the Hurricane.

      Professional Development and training could be improved. Need to have greater accountability for poor workers.

      Pros

      Decent pay, good benefits and friendly coworkers. While working there they allow for flexibility if you needed. They had decently frequent employee events at the office.

      Cons

      At time top level directors did not seem to be on board with each other across business units and this could lead to some issues while attempting to get projects completed.

      Training, most of the co workers are fantastic

      Cons

      that goofy dress code, cliquey supervisors and management, bus conditions, equipment barely works, long hours - not ideal if you're not very social.
