Pros

Working at ClassPass for close to 2 years. A true meritocratic business where all voices are heard. Leadership are great and bring people along with them and the vision of the company. The way the business has responded to Covid has been best-in-class.

Cons

Very few so to speak of. Targets are stretching so require a lot of input and hard work, however are achievable and the company doesn't shy away from rewarding people for their hard-work.
