Pros
Flexible schedule, there is a calm environment, for a remote job you connect well with the coworkers, has plenty of benefits for a contractor model. You don't feel lost, always have some feedback and they are open to hear yours as well

Pros
The project is challenging but rewarding, offering plenty of opportunities to grow. The team is collaborative, and everyone is willing to help. The tech lead is highly involved and provides great guidance. I have improved my skills a lot since starting here and another cool part is that I work with new tech.
Cons
Sometimes the workload can feel overwhelming, especially when deadlines are tight. However, I always receive the support I need from the team, which helps manage the pressure.
