      I have progressed quickly in this business and have seen many others do the same - but only those who put in the effort. I feel recognised, I enjoy learning from my colleagues and feel part of a fun, kind and supportive team.

      Pros

      There are so many wonderful things about working at Cluttons but for me, the biggest pro is the people. I am exceptionally proud of the team we have built over the last year and a half and the incredible way they represent our values.

      Cons

      It is important to be mindful that Cluttons is going through a great period of change. Revolutionising the way we work to be leaders in our field is no small feat. It means we work immensely hard and have an intense commitment. That may not be for everyone, but it’s part of who we are.
