Pros
This place loves their employees and believes in them. The work we do here is something I'm proud of and go home feeling accomplished. Everyone here is a team in every sense of the word. It doesn't matter if you are struggling, or having a great day, my colleagues struggle through challenges together, and celebrate a job well done. Execs and owners are super sweet and listen to everyone's opinions and feedback.
Cons
Not a career fit for everyone. It is fast paced, work hard, play hard and everyone must think on their feet, adapt and lend a helping hand which may be difficult for some. Not a punch the clock and then leave kind of job. Open door policy, collaborative.
