      We have the freedom to work independently and are encouraged to introduce new processes and technologies. There are plenty of opportunities to learn things from scratch.

      Cons

      There is no support for professional courses or proper guidance in technical and leadership development. Having a structured mechanism for knowledge sharing and mentoring would greatly improve overall productivity and team growth.
