      So, at Codeminer42 you're gonna have a great team to working on and a wide variety of projects you can act, both internally and externally. It's easy to brief directly with managers and expose feedbacks about allocations and projects.

      You don't have a clear career plan even because the company does not have a pyramid shaped structure.

      It is a good company to work for, it has a great team of developers. When it comes to clients it has a wide variety of projects where you can work on.

      Cons

      As overall cons we can get to the fact of that compensation could be a little bit better, it pays more than the average market in some places and pays just about the same in others.
