Pros
Flexibility in working schedules. Equal curriculum training opportunities for full/part time staffs . Gives good remuneration package. A great place for learning and growing with highly motivated and encouraging culture.
Cons
May need to speak with parents after classes and that may eat up the prep time for the next class.

Pros
Bosses and colleagues are very understanding and great to work with. Great team work, everyone helps one another and everyone is open to having discussions regarding anything. Working at Coding Lab has been a great experience with lots of learning opportunities and room for growth!
Cons
Happy working here and cannot think of any cons!
