Pros

There's a lot of interesting work at the company. It sits at the intersection of consumer and business and the customers are interesting businesses. The sales cycle is fast moving and fun to work on. You get hundreds of shots on goal to refine your sales process and skillset.

Cons

The hours are long - it's a really intense place to work and if you are a high performing employee you will be given more and more work and responsibility. That could be a good thing, or a bad thing depending on what you're looking for. In sales, it's a good thing since obviously that means more commission.

Pros

Inspirational, Accessible CEO. Hooman is a genuinely friendly and highly transparent leader. This level of communication, especially during org changes, is rare and deeply appreciated Driven and Collaborative Culture. Colleagues here are collaborative, supportive and driven to achieving the company's mission.

Cons

We've been through a few org restructurings in my time here. While I get that it's necessary for long-term health of the company, it's tough to lose colleagues and leaders you enjoy working with and makes you feel vulnerable.
