Canadian owned company with many locations and departments to offer diverse job progression options, lots of on the job industry specific training available, good benefits package, recession proof employment with reliable hours available year round
Cons
Trucking is a 24/7 service industry, it is not for the timid or the faint of heart.

excellent salary, good benefits
Cons
lack of training, expectations of knowing a job fully by manager was unacceptable. It takes at least 6 months for someone in dispatching to get the whole job down pat. It just shocks me how the training was lousy and their expectations were unreasonable
