Pros

I have come from working at a competitor in the education space. I am impressed by the breadth of the product as well as the drive to add more functionality. I believe it is the best product in the market - which makes me proud to be a part of making it better.

Cons

Majority of the platform is modern and the mobile side is best in class. I'd like to spend more time working with schools to better understand there specific workflows, so hopeful that happens.

Pros

There is a clear focus by the company to exit under performers and review structures and processes to ensure people are working on the right things. Poor managers across the business have been exited and internal communication seems to be improving significantly. From my perspective it is exciting to see what next and know that my technical feedback is continuing.

Cons

Some people not open to embracing AI or still wedded to friendships with average managers are offside - but this seems to be on the improve.
