      Compass provides you with all of the training materials, coursework, and online resources for tutoring. Very communicative, responsive, and supportive. Allows you to set your own schedule.

      Cons

      Work isn't guaranteed even if you have a set hourly goal each week.

      For in-person / in-home tutoring, driving from lesson to lesson was unpaid and could put a lot of miles on your car if you didn't plan your schedule carefully.
