      The company truly values its employees and supports their growth. I started as a warehouse staff member and with the opportunities provided, I was promoted to team leader, then supervisor, and eventually assistant manager. Leaders is open to feedback, encourages teamwork, and fosters a culture of continuous improvement where hard work is recognized and rewarded. It’s a great place for those looking for career growth and long-term development.

      There can be a lot of stress and heavy workloads during certain quarters of the year, as management expectations are high. However, they provide strong support to help you manage it, offering training for development and guiding you through the process. While the pressure can be challenging, the company ensures you have the tools and guidance to succeed.
