Pros
Conversion has been an incredible environment for my personal and professional growth. Joining the team fresh out of college, I was aware of the learning curve ahead. Fortunately, I've always felt supported in my role. Rather than being thrown into the deep end, I've been provided with ample support and mentorship from my direct supervisor, manager, and even our C-suite leaders. Their words of affirmation and encouragement, along with the opportunities presented, have been greatly appreciated over the years. However, I believe this level of support and growth has been possible because I've actively participated, asked questions, sought opportunities, and fully embraced the company's culture.
Cons
While there may be a lot of different ways to advance within the company, these opportunities are not always clearly outlined. I know this is something the company is actively working to improve, but there is still work to be done here.
