      Pros

      Cook's Direct is a great place to work. They respect their employees and truly care about their customers. There are many opportunities for growth and advancement with many long term employees that have been through the ranks.

      Nothing much negative, just too far for me.

      Pros

      Office lunches, trainings, company parties, enjoyable work place. Managers care about their employees.

      Cons

      There was an employee that was super toxic. She was unprofessional, had minimal knowledge of how to complete her tasks and she is no longer with the company so this is actually a pro.

      Pros

      Cook's continues to grow every year, even through the challenges that COVID brought us in 2020 and 2021. All employees are encouraged to submit ideas or suggestions on making their team, and ultimately the company, better. Cook's fosters a team environment by having several "friendly" competitions throughout the year, including a Chili Cookoff and Ping Pong Tournament. All employees are offered various trainings throughout the year for both personal and professional growth.

      Cons

      Some weeks there are too many meetings.
