      Excellent benefits package with the opportunity to develop your career. Consistently asked for feedback to help improve the company through regular employee surveys and my opinions are valued and acted upon.

      Pros

      Supportive team who are among the best I've ever worked with - technically and functionally. Supportive and do what's right for customers which is refreshing. Generous benefits in terms of healthcare, insurance in addition to paying well compared to the wider market.

      Better holiday allowance & more in-person gatherings.
