      Copyleaks provides innovative AI-powered solutions to meet the present and future challenges of an increasingly AI powered world. Leadership is transparent and engaged across the entire organization. All ideas are welcome, and collaboration isn't just encouraged; it is an essential part of the culture. Compensation is competitive, and good work is recognized and celebrated. Great benefits. A hybrid work schedule allows for a good work-life balance.

      Cons

      As a startup, we are still in growth mode which means that certain roles haven't been created yet so you sometimes need to move beyond your comfort zone. There isn't any 401k matching at this point, but that is all on the horizon.

      A fast-paced startup environment that cares about the technology, the best way for employees to learn and grow, and lots of growth opportunity. The executive team is always taking feedback from their employees to find better solutions to enhance the product and make the company an even better place to work at.

      Cons

      Since the company is so new there are still some growing pains that are being ironed out.

      The management seems to appreciate the hard workers. This a place gives me the knowledge and the responsibility I need to develop my professional skills.

      Cons

      There is no launch arrangement and its hard to bring food from home all the time.
