- The company genuinely cares about delivering a valuable product and supporting customers - You are encouraged to develop in your role and given the opportunity to progress within your team or explore another function in the business if you want to - Feedback on the product and work culture is encouraged from employees at all levels - Regular salary reviews - Great socials - Flexible working and great office environment - Health and well-being support - Follow-up/feedback during the interview process was really quick

- Some internal processes are highly manual which can slow you down in the day, but there are plans to improve this
