Values you can learn are amazing. Team leaders like Nate are amazing mentors . Worked for him many years ago and those teachings still stick with me today and the work they put in to make promotions and better pay then what was 8 years ago is inspiring.

Favorites can mess up and get you fired for there mistakes no forgiveness.
