The process of the interview was straightforward, and there were four steps. It is different for engineering positions, but there are definite steps presented in the first interview. The company gave me great experience because I began working there as an assistant, and the hiring manager taught me many things. The team is very nice. Because it is a remote company, you cannot know each other better, but there are offsite events with a good, memorable experience. Real career opportunities. Cube Dev offers different compensations for health, learning, and relocation.
Cons
You need to understand that the format of the company is more similar to a startup, so you need to improve your skills every time.
