      An Agency Full Of talent

      Pros

      Curious Plot has an incredibly talented group of people who truly care about the work and about one another. There’s a strong sense of camaraderie, especially within functional teams. Even when things get busy, people support each other and find ways to get the work done. The culture balances creativity and accountability, and the leadership encourages everyone to bring their authentic selves to the table. It’s a place where you’re challenged, supported, and surrounded by people who push you to do your best work!

      Cons

      Like any agency, the pace can be a grind at times, but that comes with the territory.

      I genuinely feel I have room to grow in my role thanks to a team that consistently supports and encourages each other. The culture here is uplifting, and leadership is transparent about the skills and experience needed to advance, which keeps my path forward clear and motivating. It’s a place where I feel empowered to expand my skill set and take on new challenges, knowing I have a strong team backing me up. Overall, it's a fantastic environment for anyone looking to grow in their career.

      Workloads can be heavy during peak periods, but that’s the agency life.
