      Pros

      I like that the team here really knows ecommerce and can help clients with their sites. The people on the team are great at helping each other out, and at the end of the day really care about the customers.

      Cons

      I have learned a lot since joining and am pretty happy with the management of the team. We haven't had many nerf gun fights though for quite a while though.

      Pros

      I've learned more here in six months than I did at my last job of 2 years. There is an expectation of good work, and figuring out stuff on your own, but people here are always happy to help. If you say you can do Google Ads or SEO, our team is going to take your word for it. Where it is not a good fit is if you think you know everything and aren't willing to learn from others.

      Cons

      The #1 top mistake I think the company has made in hiring in the past is not getting rid of some people fast enough. I think that there's a tendency to hire people based on their interview and experience, and then if they don't know how to do the work, the team is pretty compassionate about helping them get up to speed. But all in all it's a great place to work and I like the people here.
