      Great Place to work - huge growth potential

      Pros

      Fast paces, high energy, high morale work force. Huge growth since inception leading to multiple new opportunities. A truly global company with a global reach with products built to own the living space. I have worked here for 5 years and yes, sometimes its hard, but all jobs need a challenge but in most part it's fun, collaborative and forward thinking.

      Cons

      A lot of M&A and changes as the company grow. We could be better at change management but that said, we get better every day

      A great people orientated business, with good benefits and perks, the team quickly become family and people in the business are easy to approach when needing help and support.

      Cons

      Like with any other growth orientated business, when you change processes, the changes can take some time to bed in and the wider picture be seen
