Pros

They’re very good. Good work life balance, good pay.

Cons

I can’t really think of any cons other than the stress of election season

Pros

The remote work culture at DSPolitical is very good. They make sure you have everything you need when it comes to supplies and training in order for you to succeed in your work at the company. Good benefits, good incentives, good bonuses at the end of election cycles.

Cons

Because of the nature of the business, the positions such as my own that I worked in are often temporary, usually through main election cycles in even-numbered years (Midterms or Presidential). Once the ad campaigns die down, they downsize the staff for odd-numbered years. Great place to work, just wish it was longer!

Pros

Incredible group of people. Very like-minded as you would expect when working for a common goal. Work is fully remote, the training is very comprehensive, and the work you do is impactful. You are given full access to higher ups in the company including the CEO making it feel like they trully care about the individuals in the company. Benefits are incredible, too. Healthcare was fully covered.

Cons

If I had any cons, it would probably be that a lot of the positions are cyclical and depend on election season being in full swing, but there is only so much you can do as a company about that.
