Data Intellect has a fantastic company culture with a feeling of community and plenty of social events to keep employees connected and meet people from other teams. Events range from company wide competitions to paint and prosecco, 5 a side football, crafting, book club, pool tournaments, summer fun day etc so there's something for everyone. Every Friday we have a company wide online stand up to announce company updates, social events and have a laugh to wind down the week. This year they invested in refurbishing the office which looks great with a nice social area for having lunch and more meeting pods. Plenty of learning opportunities for both technical and non technical skills. Lots of support from your people leader and senior management, you can chat to the CTO or CEO without hesitation. Leadership opportunities and training available for those who want to become people leaders. There's also international travel opportunities available to work with some of the biggest names in financial services.

Nothing, everything has been very positive throughout my first year with the company and I look forward to what's next to come at DI.
