      Pros

      The company is good to its employees. They are always checking if there is a problem or if some of the employees are having a hard time so that others will help the employees who don't know how to handle a hardship at work.

      Cons

      Datablitz accepts employees who did not graduate in business education as long as they can perform their job duties.

      Pros

      Salary is on time and OT is paid. Good start for those who seek working experience. There are few notably good employees that would treat you nice and guide you.

      Cons

      No work/life balance. They frequently asked me to OT and work during day off and holidays. Filing for VL is a pain. Low salary compare to your given workload. No career growth. Poor management.
