      Pros

      Love working here and can't see myself anywhere else. People are great, very trusting and work together to solve problems. There is a lot of autonomy but you also work as a crew so you are never alone.

      Cons

      Only remote so you need to be comfortable working from home, I love this but I know not everyone does.

      LOVE the Crew here at Dauntless. Always so positive and pushing the boundaries of creativity in the digital industry. I love showing up for work each day to "slay dragons and bring back gold" as our fearless Cap'n always shares - amazing office culture and a place to make true friends and grow and develop your skills.

      The company is growing so fast we run a short on meeting rooms.
