Pros

DealerBuilt has made noticeable, meaningful changes over the past year or two, and it's clear the company is committed to continual improvement. Leadership is competent, transparent, and focused on hiring the right people. The company genuinely values its employees. There’s a real emphasis on personal and professional development, with opportunities to grow and take on new challenges. Work-life balance is respected, and flexibility is available when needed. Benefits are solid, and the culture is supportive, collaborative, and remote-friendly. It feels like things are getting done and it's exciting to be part of it.

Cons

Like any growing company, there are still areas to fine tune including processes, communication, and alignment between teams. Leadership is listening and making progress on these things.
