      Pros

      DemandFarm has one of the best work cultures I’ve experienced — collaborative, transparent, and supportive. As an IC, I always had the freedom to take ownership and contribute directly to impactful initiatives. The leadership truly listens, values ideas, and actively supports career growth. I worked across high-impact areas and felt my contributions translated into real business outcomes, which was both motivating and fulfilling.

      Pros

      Gives feedback on time when you are stuck in some tasks. Give acknowledgement when you have accomplished a different task you are working on. Nice team environment. CEO, CTO are easy to get in touch with. Give you training on the communication skills as English is used to comunicate in professional environment.
