Pros

Lots of autonomy, great peer support, fantastic and very supportive management team and a lot of job satisfaction -- great product too. Hands down the best company I've ever worked at.

Pros

The company is eager to use modern technology and has no issues removing or updating legacy/outdated code. Thorough use of automated testing & high standards for code reviews. Lots of opportunities to learn from senior team members.

Cons

Can be difficult to commute to the office from where I'm based. Could benefit from more resources in the product department.

Pros

Deskpro as a business really values the idea of "getting stuff done". There's no bureaucracy in the way to prevent you from achieving your goals. Senior leadership is very passionate about the business and hands-on with the product without micro-managing the employees. Everyone at Deskpro is empowered to share their opinions and become and important part of an exciting, profitable and rapidly growing business.

Cons

Rapid growth can sometimes lead to "growing pains" in some of the internal processes but things are constantly improving.
