      Pros

      Good Pay with milestone based raises (if you demonstrate proficiency in certain stations like the grill or the fries, you can get dollar raises) I was Making 20 when I started, and just a year in I was making 23

      Cons

      The work is tough, and you have to deal with costumers while constantly moving.
