Pros

A great bunch of people working hard together to strive for the same goal. Not only do the team have a variety of expertise, but it is evident that the company seeks employees who can socialise at the same time. With a plethora of different personalities and a great sense of camaraderie, Digital Next is an amazing place to work no matter what your background.

Cons

Pros

The culture, the people, the socials, the clients in general, team work are all good and are always attempting to be improved. Access to advice and professional skills improvement is paramount as i assisted in the implementation, just ask and justify your case you will most likely get a YES ! PPC / Adwords team is one of best in country if not THE best and works together solidly with the rest of the departments this is RARE and other agencies have not managed to pull this off although they may say they can. Launching International brands on a regular basis successfully, which is a major feather in the cap. Melbourne office is doing really well, the guys there have been successfully trained prior to travelling out there and lead brilliantly so that is functions well.

Cons

Occasionally clients can be very demanding and expect too much for too little however we tried to work with clients to manage expectations where it is possible. (This tried my patience a lot its very difficult). Unfortunately we dealt with Digital Marketing managers themselves in house who are way behind the curve. Digitalnext is always trying to adapt to the changing market conditions, it is difficult but patience is the virtue for the team. Differentiating with other agencies also is quite difficult please if you are an in house marketing manager watch out for so called Influencer agencies selling you the dream, its most likely fake and Bots and you are risking putting your whole web presence at risk. We are asked to correct this over and over again and help many brands who have made these mistakes.
