Pros

I've worked at a number of different companies in our industry, and have never found one that has a human side before working at Dtouch. The team there wants to ensure the work is done on time, and well-accomplished, but never at a detriment to your life and well-being, and that is something very new (and exciting) for me. Their team regularly re-evaluates the workload to ensure things are balanced and fair for everyone, and because it's a boutique company the owners and managing team are always available to talk with you directly whether it's about business or about something fun or personal. Great benefits and significant paid time off. For me it's a really nice place to call home and I sincerely enjoy going to work every day.

Cons

The only cons I can think for Dtouch would really be general cons about the post production industry. Clients are very exacting about their needs Dtouch takes that very seriously. I guess it's not a con exactly as I appreciate the way the want their relationships to be, but if you want a really mellow, laid-back job it's probably not for you because expectations are high. If you love photography, fashion, photo shoots, etc then great, but if that's not your world then Dtouch probably isn't the place for you since that's what it's all about.

Pros

The company really focuses on keeping it down to good, quality people. The atmosphere is professional but fun. Snacks in the kitchen every day and they're dog friendly!

Cons

The elevator doesn't run regularly and those stairs up to the 4th floor are a pain

Pros

Few retouchers are nice. Convenient workplace in the city.

Cons

The owners of the company keep writing fake reviews pretending they are employees. They also laid me off for no reasons. No compassion whatsoever.
